Her first

Tales (1978)_ . She followed that up by playing Linda "Boom-Boom"
Bang in the movie H.O.T.S. (1979). Other film roles included
_...All The Marbles (1981)_ , Scarface (1983), Bachelor Party
(1984), _Lost Empire, The (1985)_ ", Basic Training (1985),
and Chopping Mall (1986).
She did guest appearances
on several television shows, including "Cheers"
(1982), and "Night Court" (1984). Her last role
was as "Penny", a fitness instructor, on "Dom
DeLuise Show, The" (1987).
Angela was found
dead at a friend's home in West Hills in the San Fernando

her death was a result of a deterioration of the heart muscle,
probably caused by a virus. She was 32 at the time.

H.O.T.S.
(1979)
|
Title:
H.O.T.S.
Released: 1979
Genre: Comedy
Runtime: 98 min
Country: USA
Language: English
Plot
Summary: College exploitation film focusing
on the wild escapades of the women of H.O.T.S. Sorority.
The antics include but are certainly not limited to
a wet t-shirt contest, a sky-diving eposide, plenty
of fraternity boys and even a house-keeping robot.
Can the girls of H.O.T.S. overcome the scrutiny of
their unliberated student counterparts and the University
Administration as they unknowingly become the focus
of bumbling crooks?
Comments:
This
is by far the greatest movie of 1979, a film that
back then was important in terms of cinematography,
comedy and acting. H.O.T.S is and will always be a
gem of a movie, a pure masterpiece with monumental
t&a and classic lines and quotes. The acting is
of course fabulous, excellent and sexy. Here is the
story thanks to Eric Kopstain.

There
is no words to express my love for this fabulous milestone
masterpiece. A must have on DVD.

Bachelor
Party (1984)
|
Title:
Bachelor Party
Released: 1984
Genre: Comedy
Runtime: 105 min
Country: USA
Language: English
Plot
Summary: Tom Hanks is about to marry Tawny
Kitaen. Her parents hate him. Her old boyfriend hates
him. They all have money and he gets a cut of the
crap games on the catholic school bus he drives. His
friends decide to give him the bachelor party of all
bachelor parties with an expensive hotel, booze, movies
and hookers. As the players catch wind of the elements
of the party, each adds a little monkey wrench so
that one set of hookers ends up giving demos at the
bride's shower, the brides friends end up dressed
as hookers in a room with a number of non English
speaking Japanese business men, and so on as things
get out of hand.
Comments:
Likable,
stupid, crude and very funny movie about Tom Hanks
having a bachelor party before he marries beautiful
Tawny Kitaen. Naturally, things go barreling out of
control. It's incredibly tasteless (although somewhat
tame compared to today's movies), silly and full of
female (and male!) nudity...but damned if I wasn't
laughing! Most of the humor comes from Tom Hanks who's
(I assuming) ad-libbing his lines left and right.
Very 80s in terms of clothes and hair. Brainless but
fun. A perfect example of an R-rated 1980s sex comedy
that would get an NC-17 rating today. Also interesting
to see Hanks pre-stardom. Turn off your brain and
enjoy!

Lost
Empire, The (1983)
|
Title:
Lost Empire, The
Released: 1983
Genre: Action
/ Adventure / Comedy
Runtime: 83 min
Country: USA
Language: English
Plot
Summary: After officer Rob Wolfe is killed
trying to stop a gang of ninjas from robbing a jewelery
store, his sister, officer Angel Wolfe, vows to avenge
his death. Her investigation leads her to the mysterious
Dr. Sin Do, who is supposedly in league with an undead
wizard named Lee Chuck. The doctor is holding a martial
arts tournament on a secret island fortress, so Angel,
after rounding up some of her martial-artist friends,
enters the tournament in the hopes of finding Sin
Do and Lee Chuck and bringing them to justice.
Comments:
This
absurd farrago is something of a guilty pleasure on
my part. Anticipating (15 years early) the recent
"Charlie's Angels" movie, it features three
ethnically-mixed women, all martial arts experts,
investigating a preposterous plot and thoroughly intimidating
the various hapless males they stumble across.
The
film begins with "Dirty Harriet" type cop
action and climaxes with gladiatorial battles and
a sub-Bondian villain threatening the world with a
doomsday weapon that looks alarmingly like a giant
phallus. It's fast-moving, funny and good-natured
enough to be enjoyable viewing.

to visit her friend Debbie, and to find a job in government,

than trying to find lost data on the Russians. Melinda
resists his advances and begins working her way up
in the Pentagon, finding subtle ways of getting her
policies implemented by manipulating the slovenly
males that populate the Pentagon, including finding
