Comments:
A
pleasant surprise. This is a surprisingly well-made
and engrossing work of erotic entertainment that engages
the viewer on a number of different levels. The flashback
scenes to ancient India were sumptuous and sensual--this
is one of the most effective softcore films I have
seen. The performances from all the leads were quite
good, but the single most striking element in this
production is the thematic profundity it displays--this
becomes a most poignant story of sacrifice and loss
that is expressed in a very tender manner. This is
really a quite lovely little film, and I would recommend
it to all mature viewers who are are not bothered
by eroticism in cinema.
